About Us Aboard If-N-When, our focus is to teach you how to catch fish, in a hands on atmosphere. My boat can accomodate 1-4 fishermen, for that great day out with friends, or that one on one fishing experience. About The Boat If-N-When is a 21'10" LUND Baron powered by a 225hp Mercury Optimax and a 15hp Mercury 4-stroke kicker. The boat is also equipped with Lowrance electronics, including the X-85 fishfinder, and the Global Map 3000 GPS. My boat is currently FOR SALE during the 2008 season.  If you are interested, please E-mail me and I will provide further information and pictures.   About The Captain Captain Jay Nieman is a USCG Captain with 12 years experience on Lake Erie, and 15 Years experience on the St. Mary's River system. Captain Jay is a 1995 graduate of Lake Superior State University with an Associates in Natural Resources Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Law Enforcement. He has been a full time Police Officer with the Tecumseh Police Department since March of 1996. If-N-When Charters is Michigan DNR inspected and insured.
